Cynthia Nado | teacher & Practitioner

Sensitive and perceptive beyond her years as a child, Cynthia had two near-death experiences some years ago where the veil that exists between this world and the Spirit World became thinner, allowing her to see and converse with the other side. Upon her return to this world, Cynthia embraced shamanism to understand how to work with her enhanced connection and to learn the healing tools, rituals and ceremonies for working with the spirit of all things and the Spirit World.

Cynthia graduated from Sandra Ingerman's in-person 2 year teacher training in 2020 and advanced ceremony in-person March 2025.   She has also studied in-person from 2006 to 2016 with Cecile Carson, Betsy Bergstrom, Myron Eshowsky, and Tom Cowan. Recently graduated from Pacifica's Graduate Institute Ecopsychology program as an ecopsycholgist, (a nature therapist).

Cynthia has been teaching a four year core/traditional shamanism program for several years, has an independent study program for advanced practitioners and an international healing practice.

JANE HART | PRACTITIONER

Shamanism represents a sacred spiritual path for Jane, a road leading her home.

Jane grew up in the Great Lakes region outside Rochester, New York, just south of Lake Ontario. The farm she lived on affected all aspects of her life, allowing her to develop a lifelong connection and a deep gratitude for the power of earth’s gifts. Having spent a 30+ year career in the corporate world while raising three children, Jane found solitude and nourished her soul while hiking, camping, gardening, and studying mindfulness.

The ancient tradition of Shamanism Jane practices is core Siberian Shamanism.  Shamanism is a way to heal, maintain a healthy balance, and strengthen the connection between the human world we live in with help from our spiritual allies.

After receiving a Master Level certification in Reiki Energy Healing, Jane’s path led her to the beautiful practice of Shamanism taught by Cynthia Nado. She completed her in-person four-year core Shamanic program taught by Cynthia Nado, a Shamanic Practitioner/Teacher in Honeoye, New York. Jane currently studies in-person with Sandra Ingerman in her two-year teacher training program. In addition, she has attended online training classes facilitated by Betsy Bergstrom.

Jane is available and would be honored to schedule a healing session with you.

Lena is passionate about nature and reclaiming women’s ancient rites of passage and ceremonies. Also, she is available to facilitate Shamanic healing.

LORRAINE WOERNER | PRACTITIONER & OFFICIANT

With some guidance, opening up to nature in your neighborhood or while walking or hiking can be the most nurturing and enduring relationship of one’s life.

Lorraine created Ceremonial Roots to help herself and others strengthen their relationship with the natural world through intentional daily practice and ceremony. Participants find a satisfying connection in her workshops as they discover aspects of nature that often go unseen or create sacred objects to deepen their spiritual journey.

An ordained minister through Universal Life Ministries, Lorraine also creates meaningful ceremonies rooted in ancestral traditions to celebrate life’s milestones and transitions, from weddings to births and death.

Shamanic Healing sessions with Lorraine are also available by appointment. She studied and apprenticed with shamanic teachers Cecile Carson, MD, and Cynthia Nado.

As a Reiki Master in the Usui lineage, Lorraine may include Reiki in a shamanic healing session when indicated. She received her Reiki certification from instructor Robin Gallob and The Loving Touch Center.

Deborah Bridge | PRACTITIONER

Deb is a Shamanic practitioner and a Depth Psychologist. Her study and initiation into these two ways of being in the world began concurrently in 2009. She completed her Shamanic study and initiations with Cecile Carson, MD (including sessions with Betsy Bergstrom and Tom Cowan) in 2014. She graduated from Pacifica Graduate Institute with an MA in Depth Psychology in 2013 and in 2018 completed her PhD in Depth Psychology with following concentrations: Community Psychology, Liberation Psychology, Indigenous Psychology and Ecopsychology. The title of her PhD dissertation is “Tending Aging Souls Through Connection with the Natural World: A Depth-Ecopsychological Study,” (Bridge, 2018).

Deb brings to her Shamanic practice working with dreams in the manner developed by Carl Jung. Working with one’s dreams helps one encounter the collective (or “objective”) unconscious and is readily aligned with work in the shamanic realms of spirit and non-ordinary reality.

After a decade in Southern California, Deb has recently returned to Western New York and is available to work with individuals and/or groups either in person or online. Visit her website at deborahbridgephd.com.

Contact Lisette

Lisette Diaz-Monroe | PRACTITIONER

After waking from a dream where Lísette was visited by an ancestor who revealed her path, she was guided by that dream to Cynthia Nado, a Shamanic Practitioner/ teacher. Under Cynthia’s mentorship, she completed a four-year apprenticeship and, in 2023, was initiated onto her path as a certified Shamanic Practitioner.

Born into the richness of Mexican culture, Lísette grew up walking between worlds, sensitive to spirits and energies around her, even if she didn’t fully understand them. In her late teens, she realized that her journey would not mirror her peers. That her place on the outskirts of community carried a purpose. She came to understand that walking the edges was its own initiation, shaping her for the work she now carries.

Deeply proud of her Mexican heritage, Lísette embraces the duality her culture speaks of so openly: life and death, light and shadow, spirit and flesh. Her work is rooted in Mexican folk magic and interwoven with her shamanic studies. This blend of ancestral ways and shamanism has shaped a practice she holds close to her heart.

When not walking between worlds, Lísette can be found training her dog and others’ dogs, helping them connect with their K9 companions, and pursuing her college degree. She holds close the knowing that in time, she will step into the role of practitioner within her own cultural lineage, continuing forward the ancestral fire that first called to her.

Lísette currently lives in San Antonio, Texas, and works exclusively with clients seeking house clearings and blessings in San Antonio and throughout South Texas.

Heidi doser | practitioner

Rooted in the fertile soil of a dairy and crop farm in Western New York, Heidi cherished a profound connection to Mother Earth, animals, and spirit since her earliest days. After three decades as a barber, she was drawn to a new calling—one born from overcoming life's diverse challenges.

Heidi’s journey led her to study in person with international shaman Cecile Carson, MD, a remarkable shamanic practitioner. Under Cecile’s guidance, Heidi delved into healing work, ceremonies, and rituals with various levels of healing and creativity.

As a Shamanic Practitioner, Heidi extends a hand of healing through spirit with an array of services. From soul retrievals, extraction work, cord cuttings, and power animal retrievals to psychopomp work, compassionate depossession, and ancestral healing, her practice encompasses a rich tapestry of shamanic modalities. Additionally, Heidi engages in land tending, utilizing a profound connection to nature.

Beyond shamanic practices, Heidi brings a bouquet of skills to the table. In addition to the gift of mediumship, she works with past-life regressions. She is a certified Reiki master and teacher and integrates plant medicine, essential oils, and crystals into her sessions. House clearings, intuitive journaling, angel healing, and ordainment are also threads woven into her practice.
