introduction to beginner shamanic journeying 

Shamanism is a practice of direct revelation. This in-person, two-session workshop is a wonderful way to learn how to do a shamanic journey and learn useful life skills. The small group atmosphere will ensure that you receive personalized attention.

How to Journey

Learn how to journey safely into the worlds of non-ordinary reality (NOR). This two-hour class reviews how to prepare one's mind and create safe space, as well as the importance of using spiritual protection when journeying. Students will complete two journeys during the class and have time for sharing and Q&A.

Introduction to shamanism 2026

​As the oldest form of spiritual practice on every continent, shamanism begins with the journey. The shamanic journey is a simple and powerful tool we can use to access spiritual information. This weekend will guide you to meet and begin a relationship with compassionate spirits and power animals who will be coming forward to help you at this time.

Step into the sacred and learn various techniques to help you develop a self-directed practice of empowerment, allowing you to move safely and intentionally through the world in a balanced way. Participation in this workshop will begin to “thin the veil” between what you see in everyday life and what can be seen in the other worlds, once you become more aware and conscious.

Teaching for 15 years, Cynthia is celebrated by her teachers, Cecile Carson and Sandra Ingerman, for her dedication as a healer and her comprehensive teaching of shamanism.​
